Save on your stay with our weekly and monthly rates! Discount automatically applied at checkout.
Upon check-in, you will have received an SMS text message from our hotel management system requesting guest arrival information. All guests are required to provide valid government-issued identification, like a driver’s license or passport. If you would prefer to check-in at the front desk, please provide an arrival time so that we can be available to greet you! Some room rates, like our active military discount, may require further identification. Check-in is at 3 p.m. PST and check-out time is at 11 a.m. PST.
If you would like to request late check-out, please contact us on the day of your departure and we will confirm based on availability. Late check-out is available for an additional $25 per hour (up to three hours) after 11 a.m. For example: If you’d like to check out two hours late, at 1 p.m., the additional fee would be $50.
If you’d like to check-out earlier than 11 a.m., that’s fine! Please text us “Goodbye” when you leave so that our housekeeping team may attend to your room. If you have a great stay, we’d love to hear about it! As a small business, we really appreciate guest reviews.
Cancellation requests for a full refund will be granted if communicated to The Orenco Hotel by 3:00 p.m. PST a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date. A cancellation fee equal to one-night stay plus tax will be charged for reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. No refund will be granted for reservations cancelled after 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
Free, abundant public street parking is available along NE Orenco Station Parkway and the cross-street NE Brighton Drive, which runs along the south end of Orenco Station’s Central Park.
We follow the highest lodging industry standards for cleaning and sanitation. In addition, since COVID-19, our policy is not to enter occupied guest rooms to perform housekeeping services unless specifically requested by the guest.
Please advise housekeeping upon arrival of any specific needs during your stay by texting us. You may request clean bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, a bed refresh, water bottles/coffee restock, garbage removal, and/or a general cleaning to reset your room to its original guest-ready condition. Please let us know what services you require, and we’ll happily schedule service between 9:00 a.m. and 2 p.m. each day.
