Congratulations, happy couples! If you are looking for hotel wedding accommodations in Hillsboro, Oregon, we would love for you to join us at TheOrenco. All are welcome.
Our 10-room boutique hotel located in a safe, walkable neighborhood is the most charming place in Hillsboro to host friends or incoming family members for your big day. Wedding parties/groups can rent out the entire hotel for a discounted rate, and we are happy to customize touches on the couple’s behalf. You’ll have the whole place to yourself! OUR Wedding Package
*Wedding parties must book the entire hotel, all 10 rooms. Please note that we do not have a central gathering space within our hotel to support communal celebrations; wedding ceremonies and receptions must take place elsewhere because we simply do not have the space.
The hotel comfortably sleeps 20 people, with 2 guests per room. We can also add a twin size roll-away bed for a small fee to accommodate an additional young person. The small residential feel of our hotel allows for each couple within your group to have privacy and ample space in luxurious, comfortable rooms yet also feeling close and connected.
TheOrenco Hotel Wedding Package includes:
- THREE Courtyard King rooms with private courtyards
- Pet-friendly with $20/night additional pet fee
- TWO Manor Queen rooms
- ONE Manor Queen room with fireplace
- TWO Studio King rooms with private balconies + full kitchen
- TWO Manor King suites with whirlpool bathtubs
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
In addition to our long list of hotel amenities, each room will also include:
- No-contact check-in with keyless entry
- A complimentary bottle of wine (21+)
- A breakfast voucher to our fabulous local Tous Les Jours bakery at the end of our block
- Coffee and tea (snacks and hot/cold water in the lobby)
PACKAGE COST
Our Hotel Wedding Package begins at $1865.75 per night (plus a 14.5% lodging tax) with no minimum stay required. There will be a small discount for reservations booked Monday-Thursday. Half of your reservation cost will be required as a deposit to reserve the entire hotel for your wedding.
For an additional $10 per room, we can welcome your guests with a bottle of sparkling cider in their room. For the happy couple, we can add on our romance package (which includes a dozen fresh roses and chocolates) for $45 per room. We would also be delighted to work with you on in-room favors or wedding welcome gifts.
Photography
When you book our Hotel Wedding Package, we invite your wedding photographer to come on-site and photograph at the hotel. We’ve had some beautiful getting-ready and gown photos taken in our suites!
HAIR & MAKEUP
We are happy to welcome your hair and makeup team to TheOrenco for your big day. Our Studio King rooms are especially spacious, with plenty of outlets and a kitchen island/table perfect for setting up treats (or mimosas) for the bridal party.
SAFE, EASY LOCATION
With our exceptionally convenient location, we are within walking distance of a dozen restaurants, shops, breweries, salons, and bars—meaning that your group can go out, enjoy drinks, have dinner, and walk less than a half-mile back to your hotel room without needing to get in the car or pay to park. We are also centrally located to many parks and activities in Hillsboro and are within short walking distance to the TriMet MAX station (Portland’s public transit system).
