Additional Charges Policy

Pampered Pet Policy: $10 USD
Roll away bed one-time setup fee: $10 USD
Each additional adult over two per room: $10 USD

Pampered Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs no larger than 25 lbs. A nightly fee will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival will be refunded the deposit, less a $25 USD cancellation fee. Click here for details.

Smoking Policy

The Orenco is a non-smoking property. Smoke smell in rooms will result in a charge equal to how long it takes to rid the room of the smell. No less than one night’s room charge will apply.

Parking Policy - Important

Please find nearby, ample and safe on-street parking on Main Street, the cross street Brighton or all around Central Park.

Parking in the parking lot behind The Orenco in the lot near Sterling Bank is not recommended but is permitted except for Saturday night and Sunday during the day, May 10th through October 20th, due to the Hillsboro Sunday Farmers Market. We are not responsible for any towing charges resulting from you ignoring this policy.
