You'll notice the difference beginning with your check-in. When you arrive at our lobby entrance all the information you need to enter our secure lobby and go directly to your room is right at your fingertips.. Once checked in, just grab a complimentary water take a few steps to the left and you will find yourself in the outstanding three acre Orenco Station Central Park, modeled after a French city park near Versailles. Walk behind The Orenco and you’ll find our local gourmet food market and Deli with a friendly farmers market each Sunday during the summer. Steps to your right is the lively Town Center with its Restaurants, Live Music, Wine bars, a Starbucks, and all the urban services you would expect.

It’s never been this easy before!

Our self-check-in process is simple, logical and quick. It is geared toward getting you to your room as quickly as possible with the least amount of distraction. Both seasoned travelers and those who like to wind down at their own pace give us high marks on how fast and efficient our SpeedKey® check-in system works.

At our front entrance you will notice a mahogany box with a plaque that reads “Arriving Guests Check In Here.” Inside the Arriving Guest Box you will find an envelope with everything you will need to check-in. We provide all the information you need to get settled, and you may enjoy complimentary snacks and coffee or tea as soon as you enter the lobby, as our way of saying "Welcome!"

Additionally, in keeping with The Orenco’s long-standing culture of deep respect for the comfort, peace and privacy of our guests, our belief is that our Staff should neither be seen nor heard unless you have a need for them. As such, we may not always be immediately visible to you. Please be assured that we are, close-by, onsite and available at a moments notice by phone, text or email 24 hours a day to assist you.
